Scheduling and weather
Asphalt work depends on the weather. Sealcoating, striping and other services need suitable temperatures and dry conditions, so we may need to reschedule for weather, safety or conditions outside our control. We’ll let you know as soon as possible if your date changes.
Your responsibilities
To help the work go smoothly, we may ask you to:
- Give our crew access to the work area
- Have vehicles moved and the area cleared before we arrive
- Let tenants, residents or customers know about the work and any closures
- Keep traffic off freshly treated areas until we say they’re ready
